Joanne Alilovic, Director, 3D HR Legal

Jo Alilovic is the Director and founder of 3D HR Legal and author of “Homeforce”.
Jo was an early adopter of the remote first and hybrid workforce, managing her own distributed team for the last 5 years. She also has a strong interest in diversity initiatives and workplace change, and in 2020 she celebrated over 100 episodes and 68,000 downloads of her podcast, “The Juggle”.
Jo has distilled all of her personal learnings around workplace flexibility, and those from her clients, in her book “Homeforce”. The book addresses the challenges of distributed teams and provides a clear 6 step process to help employers build a productive and engaged home-based team.
In her business, Jo works with business owners and leaders who want to go from people problems to teams that get results. Through initiatives like the Prosper Program, Jo creates strategies to settle people problems quickly. A key part involves getting clarity on minimum expectations, coaching leaders through difficult conversations, investigating complaints, and conducting engaging and actionable workplace training to facilitate positive cultural change. All of this means Jo’s clients spend little time dealing with legal proceedings and more time focused on their business.
